Oval Makeup Brush

Hey ladies.
How is everyone doing? It has been a little while unfortunately, I have been busy being lazy. There really is no other way to put it.
So, when I first saw the Atrise brushes I decided I would check them out. When I say them I mean something very similar, but so much less monies.
So I went to my absolute favourite - eBay. Obviously.
I found this brush for only £1.99 - it was meant to be the dupe to the Mac 6 brush.
When I finally received the brush - I felt it was so much smaller than I had expected & wanted - I was hoping for a foundation brush, but it looked more like a contour brush.
I have been using it for months now and I can firmly say that this size is actually perfect for foundation! I, personally, really do not need a bigger brush than this.

I doubt I would be picking up any of the other oval brushes because I barely even use this now - Beauty blender for the win!
But it is good to have. And this particular one is so so so dense. Packed with bristles - its so soft and feels great on the skin. Its really good at blending in foundation too - it doesn't leave your face looking streaky.
Compared to the Real Techniques Buffing Brush - it's only a little bit smaller. All in all - its a fab brush and such a bargain too!

  1. I've watched so many videos of people using oval brushes and it's been something I've wanted to try just to see if it's worth all the fuss! I think at this price though it's not going to be a bad choice just to try it out!
I'm bad for not using make up brushes though unless it's for eyeshadow, blusher or powder! Base make up is normally just a job done with my fingers but I think I'll give this a try and see what difference it makes to the application!

    1. I wanted to try it because of all of the hype! And buying it from Ebay I definitely did not regret it!
I don't think I wouldn't have paid more than that to be honest x.x.x.
