Hi ladies, Happy New 2014! Hope you are all having a good start to the new year. Have you guys made any resolutions? Mines are just the usual; be more healthy and active, be a better student and person in general :)
It's been a while since I posted a recipe so I thought I'd get on it while I'm on break from studying. Today I'm posting my quick and easy Chicken Stir Fry Recipe.
So here's what you'll need...
♥ Chicken breast (cubed or stripped)
♥ Egg noodles (Or whatever noodles you prefer)
♥ Pre-packed vegetable pack (Or if you've got time, slice up your own veggies)
♥ Dark soy sauce
♥ Light soy sauce
♥ Lemon Juice
♥ Chili powder
|Start cooking off your chicken in a little bit of oil. Add some chili powder, and a little bit of salt and lemon juice|
|After the chicken is thoroughly cooked, add your veg and add more salt and lemon juice. While its cooking add a splash of dark soy sauce. Let the veg cook through and then add more to taste if you wish|
If you don't eat meat you can add prawns at just after you've added your noodles. Or if you don't eat seafood either it tastes great just with the noodles and veg!
