Cheese & Onion Pasties

Hi everybody! How are you? I am currently eating cola bottles & watching Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model! Is anyone else watching this series? I love it, Danni is my fave judge!! What about the models though, anyone got a favourite, or someone they can't stand? I'm okay right now, but Angel is starting to get on my nerves a little bit. Only slightly though.

Moving on to the post, cheese & onion pasties at home!! So easy & so yum. I love them from Greggs but cannot always be bothered to run out to buy them, so I thought, why not try to make them myself!
This is what you're going to be needing my lovlies.
♥ Roll Out Puff Pastry
♥ Cheese
♥ Onion
♥ Pinch of salt
♥ And any other filling you want to use instead of the usual cheese and onion pasty!

Let the puff pastry defrost (It's usually frozen), then unroll it. I usually like to roll out the pastry with a rolling pin in order for it not to be too crunchy during once made.
Slice the pastry into as many equal squares/rectangles
Add your filling onto one of your squares. Put the other one on top and squeeze the sides down to close it down.
Pop them into the oven for about 20 mins on 200 degree heat. And Voila!

I love making these, they are super simple and really yum. I really need to start using other fillings.

Let me know if you've made something like this or are wanting to. I'd love to see your finished result!
Thank you for reading my lovlies <3 x.
